Senior Leadership Forum
The ASTD Senior Leadership Forum provides a unique opportunity for dialogue and collaboration for senior HRD, OD and HR leaders who direct leadership development initiatives within Bay area organizations.
The Senior Leadership Forum is designed to provide members the opportunity to:
- share leadership development trends and best practices
- showcase their own important work in the area of leadership development
The Forum meets quarterly. During 2005 we met to discuss:
- The challenges our organizations were facing in 2005 and how those challenges were impacting our leadership development initiatives
- The unique challenges we faced as HRD professionals in building our own leadership skills
At this time we are in the process of scheduling our 2006 meetings.
